PTC Inc. - Arena PLM & QMS
- Own product vision and strategy for two core PLM modules - BOM Costing and Change Management. Defined 2-year roadmaps for both, actively driving enhancements into upcoming releases.
- For Costing - inherited a module with two underperforming legacy versions. Assessed past decisions, customer pain points, and competitive gaps to build a new product direction aligned to Arena's Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) strategy. Foundational improvements launching H1 2026.
- For Changes - drove a Top 40 Customer analysis and built insight dashboards from raw enterprise feedback that revealed Change Management as the #1 gap for upmarket growth. Took ownership and now remodeling it for enterprise-grade needs. Ongoing improvements shipping across 2026 releases.
- Drove the development and launch of a dynamic watermarking capability within the QMS, handling 40M+ files - ~30% customer adoption since launch, contributing to higher-tier license upgrades.
- Regularly engage in feature backlog and refinement sessions, collaborating with engineering, business, and design teams to address issues and develop new enhancements.

- Took a B2B SaaS Parcel Management product from idea to market - led a team of developers and designers, integrated 500+ carrier APIs, and acquired 8 paying enterprise customers in year one, driving a 16% increase in ARR.

- Started in BD - closed enterprise deals with Mahindra Logistics, Bridgestone, and others, contributing $200K+ in new ARR. Built and led a 4-person sales team. Transitioned into product based on deep customer understanding gained in the field.
